Beond is seeking an experienced Chief Pilot to establish and lead flight-crew standards and operational oversight for its new Saudi Arabia AOC under GACA. Based in Riyadh, this senior management position will report to the Director of Operations and is crucial for the development of a premium leisure airline.
The Chief Pilot will be responsible for defining and maintaining flight-crew professional standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and crew standardization. This role involves overseeing line operations, the check-airman program, and ensuring crew currency and competence. Additionally, the Chief Pilot will manage flight-crew discipline, provide mentoring, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operating practices. The position supports the Director of Operations, deputises on operational matters as needed, and serves as the primary interface with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) on flight-crew standards.
