About the Role
Air Arabia Group is recruiting for an experienced Captain on the Airbus A320 for their flight operations team. This position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with a leading low-cost carrier operating scheduled passenger services. The role offers the opportunity to lead flight operations for a modern A320 fleet within a dynamic airline environment.
Requirements

Valid ATPL license

Minimum 4000 hours total flight time

Proven command experience

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate

Proficiency in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Very good English language proficiency

Capability to handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios

Cost-oriented with problem-solving skills

High accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications

Airbus A320 experience (preferred)

Low-cost airline experience (highly desirable)

Completion of Crew Resource Management Training (advantage)
