Air Arabia Group is seeking to recruit an experienced First Officer (FO) for its Airbus A320 (A320) operations based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The airline is a prominent low-cost carrier operating a modern fleet within the Middle East.

The First Officer will be responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the A320 aircraft. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic regional airline committed to safety, efficiency, and professional crew management.
Requirements

Valid ATPL license

Minimum 4000 hours total flight time

A320 type rating (required)

Pass technical and psychometric assessments for pilots

Valid Class 1 Medical certificate

Proficiency in aircraft systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Very good English language proficiency

Ability to work effectively in a changing environment with demanding schedules

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications

A320 experience is preferred.

Crew Resource Management (CRM) training is considered an advantage.

Experience with a low-cost airline is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA), safety, security, and audit procedures is beneficial.

Training in safety and emergency response is a requirement.
