Aviation Pilot: Required Qualifications and Experience

This role demands an accomplished aviation professional with a comprehensive understanding of flight operations and an unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished flight record, coupled with exceptional operational proficiency and superior interpersonal capabilities.

Required Education and Experience

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Holds a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
  • Possesses a current FAA First Class Medical certificate.
  • Maintains a valid passport.
  • Holds an appropriate aircraft Type Rating.
  • Capable of obtaining and maintaining CANPASS authorization, ensuring unrestricted commercial pilot travel to and from Canada.

Flight Experience:

  • A minimum of 3,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
  • At least 1,000 hours of Turbine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
  • A minimum of 200 hours of Multi-Engine flight time.

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Demonstrates a comprehensive working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) applicable to Part 135 operations.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and other pertinent international flight operations regulations.

Professional Skills and Attributes:

  • Exhibits strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in essential computer applications, including word processing, email, and web-based or mobile device applications.
