Registration for the event is required. Due to facility capacity, all candidates will undergo a pre-screening phone call to review suitability. Please arrive promptly, as the selection process may last until the late afternoon.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety and exceptional customer care.
  • Perform on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for passengers and assist them throughout the flight.
  • Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a team of over 7,000 aviation professionals.

Successful applicants are contracted and paid from the first day of training.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be aged 18 or over.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Pre-Settled/Settled Status).
  • Residency or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
  • No tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the uniform.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
  • Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
  • Medical eligibility: If wearing glasses/contact lenses, the prescription must be within the range of +4 to -4.
