Flight Crew Planner - Budapest
Wizz Air, a leading European low-cost airline, seeks a highly motivated Flight Crew Planner based in Budapest. The primary purpose of this role is to plan and manage crew rosters that ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the company's commercial program, while also driving system and process improvements and prioritizing crew well-being.
Responsibilities

Building crew schedules aligned with the commercial program and duty time limitations.

Optimizing crew rosters for maximum crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.

Overseeing available crew resources to ensure program coverage, operational resilience, and target crew utilization.

Collaborating cross-functionally with Cabin and Flight Operations, Training Department, Human Resources, and Recruitment.

Managing roster fatigue and well-being for over 900 crew members.

Tracking, monitoring, and modifying cockpit and cabin crew rosters.

Leading process and system improvements, including oversight of the HP bidding and Roster Preferences module.

Cooperating with the Training Department and Crew Training Planning to align rostering principles with training requirements.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management.
Requirements

1-3+ years of overall work experience.

Knowledge of AIMS, Jeppesen, and CAE Crew and Ops systems, along with an understanding of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements, is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
