Recruitment Day Guidelines

• Applicants must meet all specified requirements to be eligible for selection.
• Candidates should arrive on time and expect the process to conclude in the late afternoon.
• Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Applications must be made for the preferred base; mismatched applications may be rejected.
• All candidates will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Travel to the event must be organized independently at the candidate’s own expense. The company is not liable for costs or delays related to travel arrangements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) without limitations.
• Legal right to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship (EU/HU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, HU Long Term Residence Card, or EU Passport). Note: Work or student permits are not accepted.
• Ability to swim.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
• Ability to live within 60 minutes of the assigned base and commute according to the duty roster.
• Medical fitness: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
