Wizz Air, a leading European low-cost airline, seeks a dedicated Flight Crew Planner to join their team in Budapest. This role is responsible for efficiently and safely planning crew rosters in compliance with regulations, while also focusing on crew well-being and process improvements to support the company's commercial operations.
About the Role

Plan and manage crew rosters to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the commercial program.

Optimize crew schedules to maximize productivity while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Oversee crew resource availability to guarantee program coverage, operational resilience, and targeted utilization.

Collaborate with Flight Operations, Cabin Operations, Training, Human Resources, and Recruitment departments.

Manage roster fatigue and well-being for a large team of crew members.

Track, monitor, and modify cockpit and cabin crew rosters.

Lead process and system improvements, including oversight of bidding and roster preference modules.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management.
Requirements

1-3+ years of overall work experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.

Flexibility to travel as required away from the Head Office.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
-
Knowledge of AIMS, Jeppesen, and CAE Crew and Ops systems is advantageous.

Understanding of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements is advantageous.
