The Role: Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
The successful Cabin Crew professional focuses equally on ensuring superior safety standards and delivering world-class customer service. Duties are performed in strict compliance with the company’s operational policies.
- Focus on both safety compliance and excellent customer care aspects of the flight operation.
- Perform all ground and on-board duties in strict adherence to company guidelines and aviation regulations.
- Manage in-flight retail operations, including sales and secure cash handling.
- Professionally welcome passengers and provide necessary assistance and guidance throughout the flight duration.
- Act in accordance with the core corporate values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contribute actively as a valued member of a large, international family of aviation enthusiasts.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Applicants are required to satisfy the following essential criteria. Compliance will be verified during the recruitment event.
- The candidate must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months).
- The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
- A minimum high school degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate fluency—both written and spoken—in the English language.
- The candidate must be able to swim.
- The candidate must achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who excels in professional interaction and service-oriented environments.
- The candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Chopin Base and be prepared to make this journey upon work schedule.
- Medical Note: If the applicant wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
Legal Right to Work in Poland
The candidate must possess the unrestricted right to work in Poland without the necessity of employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL status
- Any other residence permit (e.g., Work or Student permits) is not accepted for this role.
