Recruitment Day Information

  • Applicants must arrive punctually; the process may extend until late afternoon.
  • A recent English CV with an ID photo is required.
  • Applications should be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
  • All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
  • Candidates are responsible for arranging and bearing the costs of their own travel to and from the event.

Flight Attendant Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and provide excellent customer care.
  • Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.
  • Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

  • A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
  • The legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian passport with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school exam certificate (Matura exam passed for Polish citizens).
  • The legal right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residence or readiness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a preference for working with people.
  • Note: Spectacle or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
