Recruitment Day Information

  • Candidates must review and meet the listed requirements, as compliance will be assessed during the event.
  • Punctuality is essential; candidates should arrive on time, and the process may extend until late afternoon.
  • An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
  • Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; applications for other bases may be rejected.
  • All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
  • Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the recruitment event at their own expense. The company assumes no liability for travel-related costs, delays, or issues.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

  • Prioritize safety and customer care.
  • Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful experience for passengers.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Hold the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes:
    • EU Residence Card
    • EU Passport
    • Ukrainian nationality with PESEL
    Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student permits, are not accepted.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Possess a high school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam).
  • Have the right to live and work in Poland.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate within this timeframe, ensuring timely arrival for work schedules.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings that are apparent when wearing the uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
