Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers.
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Conduct in-flight sales and manage cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers throughout their flight.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements:

• Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity.
• Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian PESEL). Other residence permits (work, student) are not accepted.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to swim.
• Residency or willingness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic personality with a preference for working with people.
• Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must not be above +4 or below -4 to pass the medical examination.
