An airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This opportunity offers a unique workplace experience, involving travel and interaction with new people.

About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member, responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on safety and customer care.
  • Performing on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
  • Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Welcoming passengers and assisting them during flights.
  • Acting in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Becoming part of a large team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

  • Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam).
  • Right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residence or readiness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, and ability to travel to the base according to the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to work with people.
  • Prescription glasses or contact lenses must not exceed +4 or -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Candidate Information for Recruitment Day

  • Candidates must ensure their compliance with all listed requirements, as these will be checked during the event.
  • Punctual arrival is expected; the recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.
  • An updated English CV with an ID photo must be presented.
  • Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
  • All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
  • Candidates are responsible for organizing and covering all travel arrangements to and from the recruitment event at their own expense.
