Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Modlin for Warsaw Modlin Base

Location: Hotel Mazovia Airport Modlin, Paderewskiego 1c, 05-100 Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Poland.

Wizz Air is actively seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel and interact with new people.

Recruitment Day Information:

  • Candidates must meet the listed requirements, which will be verified during the recruitment event.
  • Punctuality is essential; be prepared for the process to extend into the late afternoon.
  • Bring an updated CV in English with an ID photograph.
  • Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; applications for other bases may be rejected.
  • All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
  • Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:

  • Prioritize safety and customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
  • Provide a welcoming experience for passengers and offer assistance during flights.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and no limitations.
  • The legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, evidenced by:
    • EU Residence Card
    • EU Passport
    • Ukrainian nationality with PESEL.
    Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
  • High school examination certificate (Matura exam for Polish citizens).
  • The legal right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residency or willingness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, with readiness to travel to work according to the schedule.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a strong inclination for working with people.
  • Candidates with myopia or hyperopia where prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
