Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a valued member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prioritizing and executing both safety and customer care procedures to the highest standards.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies and regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Providing a warm welcome to passengers and assisting them throughout the flight to ensure a comfortable journey.
- Upholding Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing to a vibrant team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and no limitations.
- Demonstrated legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Acceptable documentation includes an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian PESEL. Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, with readiness to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality, enjoying collaborative work.
- Medical Note: Applicants with a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
