Attendees should arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may extend until late afternoon. An updated English CV, complete with an ID photo, is required for the event. Candidates may attend this recruitment event regardless of the specific Wizz Air Malta base they intend to apply for. For other bases within the network, applicants are encouraged to attend a locally hosted recruitment event.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and the legal right to work in the country of the intended base.
- Be capable of swimming.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base, with the ability to commute efficiently according to work schedules.
- Maintain a professional appearance; visible tattoos and/or piercings are not permitted when in uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and people-oriented demeanor.
- Please Note: Candidates with a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination.
