Recruitment Process Guidelines

Role Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the selected candidate will:

• Prioritize both safety and customer care.
• Execute onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming passenger experience.

• Contribute to a growing team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma (Baccalaureate degree).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Legal right to work in the country of application.
• Ability to swim.
• Residency or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Note: Prescription eyewear exceeding +4 or -4 diopters may impact results for the mandatory medical examination.
