Recruitment Event Guidelines

• Applicants must arrive punctually; the process may extend into the late afternoon.
• Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
• This recruitment event is open to candidates regardless of the specific Wizz Air Malta base for which they are applying. For positions at other network bases, please attend a local recruitment event.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a dual focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer care.
• Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Provide professional, friendly service to assist passengers throughout their journey.
• Uphold core company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Possession of a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Ability to reside or relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
• Absence of tattoos or piercings in visible areas when wearing the company uniform.
• Please note: Prescription eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) exceeding +4 or -4 diopters may impact results for the mandatory medical examination.
