Recruitment Event Guidelines

Applicants must arrive punctually; the process may extend into the late afternoon.
Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
This recruitment event is open to candidates regardless of the specific Wizz Air Malta base for which they are applying. For positions at other network bases, please attend a local recruitment event.

Responsibilities

Maintain a dual focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer care.
Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Provide professional, friendly service to assist passengers throughout their journey.
Uphold core company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Collaborate effectively within a team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.
Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Possession of a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and legal authorization to work in the country of application.
Proficiency in swimming.
Ability to reside or relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
Absence of tattoos or piercings in visible areas when wearing the company uniform.
Please note: Prescription eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) exceeding +4 or -4 diopters may impact results for the mandatory medical examination.
