The Recruitment Day process may take until late afternoon, and candidates are advised to arrive punctually. Applicants should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, the individual will:
- Prioritize both safety protocols and exceptional customer service standards.
- Execute all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.
- Warmly welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Uphold the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Hold the legal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Have successfully completed high school education.
- Hold the right to live and work in the country of application.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
- Be capable of swimming.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be able to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should note they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
