The Role of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member:
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on both safety and customer service aspects of the flight.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
- Contracted employment and payment commence from the first day of training.
Requirements:
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Ability to swim.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Ability to reside within 90 minutes of your chosen base and commute upon work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic disposition and enjoyment of working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates with vision correction prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
