Recruitment Day Information:
Prospective candidates should note the following for the recruitment event:
- Compliance with listed requirements will be checked during the event.
- Attendees must arrive sharply on time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.
- Candidates must bring their passport and their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only require their passport).
- An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
- The dress code is Business Attire.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Working as a Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew Member:
The role focuses on both safety and customer care, requiring individuals to:
- Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
- Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.

- Successful candidates are contracted and paid from the first day of training.
Requirements for Cabin Crew:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
- Have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the right to live and work in the UK (British passport / Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status).
- Live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base and capable of making this journey according to their work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Please note that individuals with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
