Responsibilities
Safety & Security

Executing all safety, security, and emergency procedures in compliance with CAA regulations and Aurigny operating procedures.

Assuming full responsibility for cabin safety and passenger well-being throughout flights.

Participating in pre-flight briefings and conducting safety checks.

Responding calmly and effectively to abnormal and emergency situations.
Customer Experience

Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure every passenger feels welcomed, cared for, and valued.

Providing support to passengers with additional needs, families, unaccompanied minors, and nervous flyers.

Onboard Service
