Compensation & Benefits
Pilots joining the Vista America team are offered a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: Citation XL - $80,300
- Extra Day Pay

- Per Diem: $75 per day (Domestic) / $120 per day (International)
- Choice of Vacation Time (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or an In-Lieu of Vacation Bonus of $10,000

Minimum Qualifications - Citation XL
- ATP Certificate
- Typed in aircraft (preferred, not required)
- 1,500 hours fixed-wing time
- 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
- 100 hours multi-engine time
Pilot Requirements
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Authorization to travel to and from all cities/countries served without restrictions
- 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days / 30 hours in the previous 90 days
