Compensation and Benefits

Vista America offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and dedication:

  • Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay (Challenger 300): $93,100
  • Plus extra day pay
  • Plus total flight hour incentives
  • Plus paid training days
  • Plus retention bonuses after 3, 6, and 9 years of service
  • Plus per diem: $75/$120 per day (domestic/international)
  • Plus choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus

Minimum Qualifications

Challenger 300 Minimums:

  • ATP Certificate.
  • Type rating in the aircraft (preferred, not required).
  • 2,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
  • 750 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • 250 hours of multi-engine jet experience (preferred).

Pilot Requirements:

  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
  • Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served without restrictions.
  • 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
