Compensation and Benefits
Vista America offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and dedication:
- Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay (Challenger 300): $93,100
- Plus extra day pay
- Plus total flight hour incentives
- Plus paid training days
- Plus retention bonuses after 3, 6, and 9 years of service
- Plus per diem: $75/$120 per day (domestic/international)
- Plus choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus

Minimum Qualifications
Challenger 300 Minimums:
- ATP Certificate.
- Type rating in the aircraft (preferred, not required).
- 2,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
- 750 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 250 hours of multi-engine jet experience (preferred).
Pilot Requirements:
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served without restrictions.
- 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
