Compensation and Benefits

Financial Package (Challenger 300 - Year 1)
- Guaranteed Base Pay
- $93,100 USD
- Incentives and Bonuses
- Includes extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and paid training days. Retention bonuses are provided after three, six, and nine years of service.
- Per Diem
- $75 per day (Domestic) / $120 per day (International)
- Vacation Structure
- Pilots may choose either scheduled vacation time (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or an in-lieu-of-vacation bonus of $10,000.

Minimum Requirements for Challenger 300 First Officer
Candidates must meet the following flight time and certification requirements:
- ATP Certificate.
- 2,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
- 750 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 250 hours multi-engine time.
- Type rating in the Challenger 300 (preferred, but not required).
- Jet experience (preferred).
General Pilot Requirements
All applicants must satisfy these prerequisites to be considered for employment:
- Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- A clean record with no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.
- Compliance with the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 concerning aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States.
- Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Vista America without restrictions.
- Flight time requirements: A minimum of 150 hours flown in the preceding 365 days, and 30 hours flown in the preceding 90 days.
