Position Summary

Dominion Aviation is actively seeking an accomplished and safety-oriented Gulfstream G200 Pilot to enhance its professional flight operations team. The successful candidate will possess robust technical expertise, exceptional judgment, and an unwavering commitment to delivering superior service. This dynamic role demands flexibility, utmost professionalism, and rigorous adherence to all FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Gulfstream G200 aircraft in strict adherence to FAA regulations, company standard operating procedures, and industry-leading safety protocols.
  • Execute comprehensive pre-flight planning, including detailed analysis of weather conditions, fuel requirements, optimal routing, weight & balance, and performance calculations.
  • Verify the currency and validity of all necessary aircraft documentation, inspections, and crew certifications before each flight.
  • Foster seamless coordination and communication with the entire flight crew throughout all flight phases, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation.
  • Provide an outstanding, discreet, and professional client experience, consistently demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in mandatory recurrent training programs and maintain all required FAA certifications in good standing.
  • Contribute to general flight operations, scheduling, and other duties as directed by the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations.

Qualifications

  • Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with the appropriate type rating (highly preferred).
  • Current and valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Demonstrated Part 135 experience (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum flight experience:
    • Total Time: 3,000 hours
    • Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
    • Turbojet Time: 1,000 hours
    • Time in Type (Gulfstream G200 or comparable midsize jet): 500 hours (preferred)
  • Profound knowledge of FAA regulations, advanced aviation safety standards, and established operational best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and critical decision-making abilities.
  • Availability for frequent travel and flexible work hours, coupled with the ability to consistently represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.
