Second in Command (SIC) Pilot - Midsize Jet (Part 91 & 135 Operations)
A leading aviation operator is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Second in Command (SIC) pilot position on a Midsize jet. This role is integral to supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, contributing to the safe and efficient transport of passengers.
Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to reside within or relocate to the designated base area.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified applicants are required to meet or exceed the following flight experience minimums:
- Total Flight Time: 1500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 100 hours
Key Responsibilities:
The Second in Command will work collaboratively as a vital member of the flight crew, with core responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Diligent management of duty, flight, and rest periods, ensuring strict adherence to both company policies and all applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining proactive and clear communication with company operations regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, positional reporting, and the timely completion of pre-flight and post-flight documentation.
- Ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and management of all Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and associated applications.
