Essential Requirements:
- For Senior Cabin Crew: A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation complemented by a minimum of one year of recent flying experience.
- For Junior Cabin Crew: A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an EASA Cabin Crew Medical certificate.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English, demonstrated by a minimum ICAO Level 5 certification.
- Eligibility to live and work legally within the EU.
- Height between 5ft 2in (158 cm) and 6ft (183 cm).
- Possession of a valid European passport with unrestricted international travel rights.
- Successful completion of rigorous airport security vetting, including a comprehensive five-year background check.
- A clean criminal record.
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Demonstrated initiative and the capacity to work autonomously when required.
- Previous experience in customer service-oriented roles.
- Prior experience within the aviation industry.
- Ability to reach the designated base airport within a 90-minute call-out timeframe.
