Our professionals are responsible for managing and operating aircraft within company operational policies and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.


  • Perform all preflight tasks for flight and contribute to making decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights from planned route
  • Inform the Captain of pertinent information to maintain a safe flight that meets the individual needs of customers
  • Assist in achieving compliance with all regulatory requirements by FAA, other agencies, or manufacturers, ensuring full compliance with reporting, documentation, and monitoring requirements
  • Complete all required company training to include but not limited to recurrent classroom and simulator training. Maintain required professional licenses, physical certificate, and aircraft currency
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for fuel, catering, aircraft service and personal travel expenses
  • Act as liaison between Aviation maintenance staff and contract maintenance personnel to complete repairs that may become necessary while aircraft is away from home base
  • Capable of reporting to Omaha Eppley Airport within 90 minutes of notification for duty



  • Valid driver's license
  • Certified and/or licensed as a as an Airline Transport Pilot
  • Certified and/or licensed as a First Class FAA Medical Certificate recipient
  • Completed 1200 hours of turbojet multiengine flight time
  • Completed 1800 hours total flight time
  • Completed turbojet multi engine type rating
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
