First Officer - Citation XL/XLS Fleet

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational directive.
Ensure full compliance with schedules and directives governing Part 135 On-Demand flight operations.
Execute all assigned duties in strict accordance with company manuals, internal memos, and corporate policies.
Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and preparation.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers.
Maintain aircraft cleanliness and ensure all necessary provisions are prepared for passenger safety and comfort.
Adhere to company uniform policies and professional grooming standards.
Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Current, valid passport.
Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills.
Ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Physical ability to routinely lift 75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and consent to FAA/company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to successfully complete a 10-year work history background check, as well as TSA-required criminal history and fingerprint checks.
Clean safety record with no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents, and no excessive check ride failures.

Required Flight Experience

Airman Certificate: Commercial/ME
Ratings: SIC Type Rating
Medical Certificate: First-Class
Total Flight Time: 1,200 hours
Pilot in Command: 250 hours
Multi-Engine Land: 25 hours
Instrument: 75 hours
