Job Summary
TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking a Kids Swim Instructor and Entertainer for their international clubs. This role involves providing swimming instruction to children using the MyMo Swimclub methodology and engaging in children's entertainment activities when swimming lessons are not scheduled. The position is based internationally, offering a unique experience for employees.
About the Role

Conduct swimming lessons for children in accordance with the MyMo Swimclub methodology.

Ensure the safety of children and manage pool areas.

Engage children in entertainment programs, including a kids' disco, for those aged 4 and above.

Develop and execute high-quality entertainment programs for children.

Support evening entertainment activities, such as participating in shows.

Maintain responsibility for the safety of children and the proper use of materials.
Requirements

Possession of a valid Lifeguard certification (Silver or higher).

A First Aid certificate is required (can be obtained on-site).

Experience in teaching swimming to children.

Experience in children's entertainment and animation.

Good English language proficiency; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Demonstrated openness, resilience under stress, and strong interpersonal skills.
