About the Role
TUI MAGIC LIFE, a prominent all-inclusive club brand within the TUI World, is seeking a motivated Kids Swim Instructor to join their team. This role involves delivering swimming lessons, entertaining children, and contributing to the overall guest experience at their international resorts. The position requires a commitment to a full season, either from April to November or November to April.
Responsibilities

Providing swimming lessons for children, including teaching the MyMo Swimclub methodology.

Engaging with parents and children while ensuring a safe pool environment.

Assuming the role of Kids Entertainer when swimming lessons are not scheduled.

Developing and executing engaging programs for children aged four and above.

Organizing and participating in evening children's disco events.

Maintaining the safety of children and the proper care of all equipment.

Contributing to the evening entertainment program, potentially by participating in shows.
Requirements

Availability for a full season (April - November or November - April).

Valid lifeguard certification (Silver or higher) and a First Aid certificate.

Proven experience in teaching swimming to children and providing entertainment.

A good conversational level of English; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.

An open-minded, stress-resistant, and outgoing personality.
