TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Swim Instructor and Entertainer to join its international team at various exciting club resorts. This dynamic role involves delivering engaging swimming lessons for children, ensuring pool safety, and providing memorable entertainment experiences for young guests aged four and above.
About the Role

Provide comprehensive swimming lessons for children, strictly adhering to the established MyMo Swimclub methodology.

Ensure the paramount safety of all children at the pool and maintain effective communication with both parents and children.

Transition to the role of a Kids Entertainer when swimming lessons are not scheduled, developing and implementing high-quality activity programs for children aged four and older.

Collaborate with colleagues to organise and lead engaging children's disco events in the evenings.

Uphold the highest standards for children's safety and ensure the responsible use of all activity materials.

Support the broader evening entertainment program, including active participation in various shows.
Requirements

Availability to commit for a full seasonal period, either April to November or November to April.

Proven, hands-on experience in effectively teaching children to swim.

Demonstrable experience in creatively entertaining children across various age groups.

Possession of an open-minded, stress-resistant, and outgoing personality suitable for an international resort environment.
Qualifications

A valid Lifeguard certification, at Silver level or higher.

A valid First Aid certificate (please note, training to acquire this certification may be provided).

Good conversational fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages will be considered a significant advantage.
