Role Summary

TUI is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Instructors to join their team in various holiday destinations for the Summer 2027 season. This role involves delivering engaging fitness and wellbeing sessions to guests, requiring candidates to hold an EU passport and be available to live and work abroad.

About the Role

• Deliver a diverse range of group fitness, sports, pool-based, and wellbeing sessions, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Training.
• Cultivate an inclusive and motivating atmosphere by tailoring sessions to guests' varying needs, abilities, and experience levels.
• Ensure the safe delivery of sessions by conducting required checks, adhering to procedures, risk assessments, and health and safety regulations.
• Foster positive guest relationships, promote the fitness program, and encourage participation throughout the hotel.
• Maintain activity areas and equipment, and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other hotel teams, and promote paid experiences like Aerial Yoga where qualified.

Requirements

• Must hold an EU passport.
• Must be available to live and work in a TUI holiday destination for the Summer 2027 season.
• Fluent in English to deliver sessions to an international audience.

Qualifications

• A recognised fitness, exercise to music, group exercise, or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Additional languages spoken are beneficial but not mandatory.
