TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking enthusiastic Watersport Instructors to lead daily courses and share their passion at their club locations. This role offers a unique international experience within the TUI Group, focusing on adventure, fun, and creating "MAGIC moments" for guests.
About the Role

Advising, consulting, and supervising guests, including potential rescue operations with hired equipment.

Organizing administrative tasks related to watersport facilities.

Ensuring guest safety during programs and while using watersport rental equipment.

Leading watersport courses.

Participating in evening programs according to the shift plan and interacting with guests.
Requirements

Availability for a full season (April to November or November to April).

Good conversational English language skills.

Experience in watersports such as catamaran, surfing, sailing, and waterski.

A VDWS license.

Proficiency as a good swimmer.
