Job Summary
TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking a dynamic Watersports Instructor to lead daily courses and share their passion for watersports with guests. This role is based at a TUI MAGIC LIFE club location and offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment.
About the Role

Advising, consulting, and supervising guests, including potential rescues with hired equipment.

Organizing administrative tasks related to watersports facilities.

Ensuring guest safety during programs and with watersport rental equipment.

Leading various watersports courses.

Participating in evening programs as per the shift plan, interacting with guests.
Requirements

Availability for a full season (April to November or November to April).

Good conversational English proficiency.

Experience in watersports such as catamaran, surfing, sailing, and waterskiing.

Possession of a VDWS licence or equivalent qualifications (e.g., World Sailing, RYA, IKO, ISA).

Proficiency as a strong swimmer.
