TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Watersport Instructors to lead engaging daily courses and ensure guest safety at its international club resorts. This role involves sharing a passion for watersports such as catamaran sailing, surfing, and waterskiing, while contributing to the overall guest experience across various global destinations.

About the Role

As a Watersport Instructor with TUI MAGIC LIFE, the successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This dynamic role involves leading diverse watersport courses, ensuring the safety of all participants and equipment, and providing expert advice and supervision. Beyond the water, instructors contribute to the administrative organization of watersport facilities and engage with guests in the vibrant club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising, consulting, and supervising guests, including rescue operations for guests using hired equipment when necessary.
Organizing administrative tasks related to the watersport facilities.
Ensuring guest safety during programs and with watersport rental equipment.
Leading various watersport courses.
Participating in evening programs as per the shift plan, actively interacting with guests while utilizing club facilities.

Requirements

Availability for a full seasonal commitment (either April to November or November to April).
Demonstrable experience in a range of watersports, including catamaran, surfing, sailing, and waterskiing.
Strong swimming abilities.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid VDWS licence.
A good conversational level of English.
