A leading private charter operator based in Asia is seeking an experienced EC225 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) to join their professional flight operations team. This challenging role involves operating EC225 helicopters on a 1-year contract basis, offering an attractive remuneration package of USD 16,000 per month plus comprehensive benefits, starting August 2026.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled EC225 Type Rating Instructor to contribute to a dynamic flight operation. The contract term is for one year, from August 2026 to August 2027, with a pilot-friendly roster of 6 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF. Instructors will be expected to fly up to 80 block hours per month. A comprehensive benefits package includes accommodation, flight tickets, insurance, and duty transportation. The employer will also provide assistance with work permits, visas, and licence validation where required.

Qualifications

• Valid Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Current EC225 Type Rating and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) endorsement on the licence
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above

Requirements

• Minimum 4,000 hours of total flying experience
• Minimum 500 hours on the EC225 helicopter
• Recent Pilot in Command (PIC) experience on the EC225 (within the last 90 days)
• No accident or incident record
