TUI MAGIC LIFE is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Watersport Instructor to join its dynamic, international team in various all-inclusive club locations abroad. If water is your element, you will be responsible for leading engaging watersport courses, ensuring guest safety, and contributing to an unforgettable holiday experience.

About the Role

• Advising, supervising, and supporting guests, including potential rescue operations for guests using rented equipment.
• Organising administrative tasks related to watersport facilities.
• Ensuring the safety of guests during watersport programs and maintaining rented watersport equipment.
• Leading diverse watersport courses.
• Participating in evening programs as per the shift schedule, with an expectation to interact with guests when using club facilities.

Requirements

• Availability for a complete season (April to November or November to April).
• Good command of English.
• Proven experience in watersports such as catamaran, surfing, sailing, and waterskiing.
• Excellent swimming ability.

Qualifications

• A valid VDWS license.
