CAE seeks a Mission Simulator Operator/Instructor Surveillance Controller (MSO) for its Geilenkirchen facility. The Mission Simulator Operator/Instructor Surveillance Controller (MSO) is responsible for the operation of Simulator Training Devices (STDs) and associated systems. This position supports military instructors in leveraging STD capabilities and directly instructs students on checklist procedures and basic system knowledge within the simulators. The MSO provides comprehensive simulator scenario training across all phases of aircrew training, conducts theoretical and practical instruction, and augments the Customer Training Organization. Key responsibilities include leading training and scenario development, instructing on basic system knowledge, normal and emergency procedures, and familiarization training. The MSO also supports the planning, guiding, and execution of simulated events, including distributed simulator trainings, and conducts briefings and debriefings. Additional duties involve maintaining publications, contributing to training program development, providing demonstrations, tracking training data, and supporting the On Site Manager.
