Ideal Candidate Profile

Prospective candidates should demonstrate a profound passion for delivering exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed expectations. A strong motivation to successfully complete and apply training in Safety, First Aid, and Service is crucial. The ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively solve problems, and maintain composure under pressure is highly valued. A collaborative spirit, coupled with strong communication skills and fluency in English for seamless interaction, is essential. A flexible and positive outlook is required for a role where each day presents new challenges and experiences.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age on the commencement date of the new entrant course.
  • Possess the physical capability to reach 6 feet 2 inches (1.89 meters) with feet flat on the floor.
  • Be able to perform all regulatory duties, including comfortably sitting and fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
  • Be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters.
  • Willingness to undergo Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical examination throughout employment.
  • Demonstrate proficient understanding, speaking, and writing skills in English, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3.
  • Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and report to the base in uniform within 90 minutes of notification.
  • Hold a valid UK or Irish passport with at least 6 months' validity and any necessary visas for international travel.
  • Successful candidates will be required to pass background security checks and provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
