The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

Essential Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the new entrant course.
• Ability to reach a height of 6ft. 2” (1.89 m) with feet flat on the floor.
• Capability to perform all regulatory duties, including securely fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
• Proven ability to swim at least 25 meters.
• Willingness to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment.
• Proficiency in understanding, speaking, and writing English, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3.
• Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight program and report to the Base in uniform within 90 minutes of notification.
• Possession of a valid UK or Irish passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity, along with any necessary travel visas.
• Successful candidates will be subject to background security checks and must provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
