BE02 Captain
The BE02 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the BE02 aircraft. This individual will execute all duties and responsibilities associated with the aircraft, while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations as defined by company policy, Transport Canada, and the Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs). Furthermore, the Captain will undertake any additional duties as directed by the Chief Pilot or Deputy Chief Pilot. Flexible scheduling arrangements, including 5 days on/2 days off or 10 days on/4 days off rotations, are required.
Candidates considered for this position will be required to complete personality profiling. The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
- Possess a valid Instrument and Type rating (if required).
- Accumulate a minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Accumulate a minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Accumulate a minimum of 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time.
- Accumulate a minimum of 1,000 hours multi-engine PIC time.
- Preference will be given to candidates with time on type.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit proficient organizational and time management capabilities.
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adhere to all safety accountabilities as outlined in the company's Safety Management System manual.
