BE02 Aircraft Captain

This pivotal role demands a highly skilled and experienced pilot to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our BE02 aircraft. The Captain will execute all flight duties and responsibilities in strict adherence to company policies, Transport Canada regulations, and all applicable Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs). The position requires a commitment to safety and a collaborative approach, encompassing additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot. Successful candidates will participate in flexible scheduling rotations, including 5 days on/2 days off or 10 days on/4 days off options.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Valid Instrument Rating and Type Rating (as required).
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine PIC time.
• Preference given to candidates with BE02 type time.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to Sunwest’s Safety Management System.
