Role and Responsibilities

The Rotational Beechcraft 1900 Captain is an integral member of North-Wright Airways' flight operations team. This pivotal position demands an unwavering commitment to exceeding customer service expectations while ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely operation of the Beechcraft 1900 aircraft. The Captain is solely responsible for the effective leadership and supervision of the First Officer, ensuring all flight operations strictly adhere to applicable aviation regulations, customer requirements, and company operational standards.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Total Flight Time: A minimum of 2500 hours.
• Multi-Crew Time: A minimum of 1000 hours.
• Fixed Wing, Multi-Engine Time: A minimum of 1000 hours.
• Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport and all necessary visas or travel documents, as required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Northern flying experience and proficiency in gravel runway operations are considered significant assets.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting Compensation: $7,500 per month.
• Schedule: A structured and attractive 3-weeks-on, 3-weeks-off rotational schedule, incorporating both weekly scheduled flights and charter operations.
