Position Overview
Pacific Coastal Airlines, a prominent Canadian regional airline, is actively recruiting qualified and experienced B1900 Direct Entry Captains for a permanent, full-time role based at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Richmond, British Columbia.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2,000 hours of total flight time.
- 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
- 1,000 hours of relevant flight experience. Relevant experience encompasses multi-engine, multi-crew, Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), and/or turbine experience within 600/702/703/704/705 operations.
- A valid Canadian Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- A valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card.
- Must possess Canadian citizenship, Canadian permanent residency, or hold a valid work permit for Canada.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to and from the United States.
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

- Competitive Salary: A starting base salary ranging from $76,473 to $100,000 CAD.
- Per Diem: An hourly per diem rate of $5.10 per duty hour.

- Guaranteed Flying Credits: A minimum of 80 flying credits guaranteed per month.
- Holiday Entitlement: 12 statutory holidays are banked and can be utilized to replace days worked within the schedule.
- Retirement Savings: A 3% matching Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) is offered upon completion of the probationary period.
- Work Schedule: A maximum of 18 duty-period schedule, incorporating Wild Card Days and socialized schedule control systems.
