Southern Company is seeking an exemplary Senior Captain to join the professional flight department. The selected Captain will serve as a pilot, demonstrating superior customer service while executing safe, efficient, and effective aerial transportation missions. These critical flights directly support the strategic business objectives and executive initiatives of Southern Company and its subsidiary organizations.
This position is based at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must currently reside, or be willing to relocate, within 1.5 hours of the Dekalb-Peachtree Airport domicile.
While this position is open to all qualified pilots meeting the minimum criteria, preference may be extended to dual-rated pilots. If dual-rated, the successful applicant will be expected to serve as a designated Captain (either fixed-wing or rotary-wing), with additional operational responsibilities as a First Officer on the alternate aircraft platform. Captain assignments will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience.
