Gulfstream GIV-SP Captain Position – Philadelphia, PA
Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Gulfstream GIV-SP Captain to join its Philadelphia (KPHL) operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional performance, teamwork, and a commitment to upholding Solairus Aviation's unwavering dedication to safety, service, and integrity. This full-time position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to consistently meet the demanding travel needs of our clientele.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream GIV-SP aircraft, adhering to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.
- Meticulous pre-flight planning, including comprehensive weather analysis, route planning, and thorough aircraft inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Verification of aircraft maintenance status prior to each flight.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members.
- Accurate and timely completion of all required flight documentation.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours
- Turbojet time: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications:
- Type rating on a Gulfstream GIV-SP or comparable aircraft.
- Current First Class medical certificate.
- Availability for on-call assignments.
- Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
- Residence within a two-hour radius of KPHL, or willingness to relocate.
Compensation:
Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience level, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training, and assigned account.
