Gulfstream GIV-SP Captain Position at Solairus Aviation

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream GIV-SP aircraft. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Conducting all flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.
- Thorough pre-flight aircraft inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Comprehensive review of weather conditions and facility status along planned routes, including all designated and alternate airports.
- Ensuring the maintenance status of the aircraft is current and compliant.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
- Meticulous completion of all required trip documentation according to established procedures.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess the following minimum flight experience:
- Total Time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- MEL PIC: 500 hours
- Turbojet Time: 500 hours
- Instrument Time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications:
- Type rating on a Gulfstream GIV-SP or comparable aircraft.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Availability for on-call assignments.
- Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
- Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KPHL, or willingness to relocate.
Compensation:
Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $500,000, commensurate with experience, geographic location, aircraft type, job duties, training, and account assignment. Salary information is determined based on market analysis from multiple industry sources.
