The ideal candidate must possess an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and meet all FAA and CAMTS minimums for the position. They should demonstrate the ability to maintain currency in the assigned aircraft according to FAR Part 135. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that supports the company's mission, client, and values are essential. A valid U.S./state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and a valid U.S. Passport are required. The candidate must hold an Airline Transport Pilot or Commercial Certificate with an Instrument Rating (Multiengine Land) and a current First or Second-Class medical certificate. A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time, 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (airplane), 200 hours of multiengine PIC time, 100 hours of multiengine PIC time in aircraft exceeding 12,500 lbs, and 200 hours of low-level flight time (typical terrain) are mandatory. They must also have a minimum of 100 hours PIC in the preceding 12 months, a heavy jet type rating, and a previous or current USFS AKP or AKI rating.
Preferred qualifications include a current Initial Attack rating and a DC-9 type rating.
