Global 7500 Captain - Full-Time Position in Bedford, MA

Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Global 7500 Captain for operations based at KBED airport in Bedford, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:

The Global 7500 Captain is primarily responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the aircraft. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensuring the safe operation of the Global 7500 aircraft.
• Conducting flights safely and prudently, reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
• Performing proper pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Thoroughly checking weather, facilities, and alternate airports along the planned route.
• Ensuring all flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
• Maintaining the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.
• Completing all required trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with current procedures.

Required Flight Experience:

Qualified candidates should possess the following minimum flight hours:

• Total Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land Pilot in Command (MEL PIC): 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications:

• Must hold a type rating on the Global 7500 or a comparable aircraft.
• A valid First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis is essential.
• Completion of annual ICAO International procedures training is necessary.
• Must have a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KBED or be willing to relocate.
