Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time Captain for a dual-aircraft operation based at KMCC airport in Sacramento, California. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

The Captain holds primary responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft, including the Gulfstream G650 and Falcon 900EX. Key duties encompass, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the safe operation of the Gulfstream G650 and Falcon 900EX aircraft.
• Conducting all flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to established procedures and regulations.
• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status prior to flight.
• Performing thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Conducting comprehensive checks of weather conditions and airport facilities, including alternate airports, along the planned route.
• Operating flights in strict accordance with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew members.
• Accurately completing all required trip paperwork according to current procedures.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should meet the following minimum flight hour requirements:

• Total Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land PIC: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument (Actual or Simulated): 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

In addition to the general flight hour requirements, candidates must possess:

• A Type Rating on the Gulfstream G650 or Falcon 900EX, or a comparable aircraft type.
• A current First Class Medical Certificate.
• The ability to work on an on-call basis as required by operational needs.
• The ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KMCC airport or a willingness to relocate to the area.

Compensation Information

Solairus Aviation determines compensation based on various factors, including geographic location, experience level, specific aircraft type operated, job duties, required training, and the assigned account. Solairus crew members can expect a salary range between $50,000 and $500,000 annually, contingent upon these influencing factors.
