Challenger 3500 Captain - Nashville, TN
Solairus Aviation seeks a skilled and dedicated Challenger 3500 Captain to join its team at the KBNA airport in Nashville, TN. The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 3500 aircraft, ensuring adherence to Solairus Aviation's high standards of safety, service, and integrity. This is a full-time, non-remote position. ID: 2025-1362.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe operation of the Challenger 3500 aircraft.
- Conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.
- Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Completing comprehensive checks of weather conditions and facilities along planned routes, including alternate airports.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew members.
- Accurately completing all trip paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- MEL PIC time: 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
- Type rating on Challenger 3500 or comparable aircraft
- First-class medical certificate
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Completion of ICAO International procedures training annually
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KBNA or willingness to relocate
