This individual will operate company aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulations and manufacturer guidelines, striving to exceed customer expectations by providing solutions as needs change. They will actively participate in the Safety Management System, report safety-related issues, and maintain pilot proficiency through continuous training. The Captain/Senior Captain will build relationships with passengers, collaborate within the team, demonstrate integrity, and show a self-disciplined approach to exceeding both short-term and long-term expectations.
