Senior Captain - Home Based
This is a full-time, home-based position within the Corporate Pilots sub-department of the Aviation department at Jack Link's Protein Snacks.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Captain at Jack Link's, you will play a vital role in the company's success by:
- Operating company aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established company policies and procedures, as well as all FARs, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer-recommended configurations.
- Exceeding customer expectations on every flight by providing options and solutions as flight times and business needs evolve.
- Embracing the core value of "Speed Matters."
- Demonstrating stewardship by ensuring aircraft cleanliness and passenger preparedness.
- Proactively participating in the Safety Management System (SMS), identifying, reporting, and assisting in mitigating safety-related issues. Providing timely input on safety-related topics, applying appropriate checklists, and making sound decisions.
- Building strong relationships with passengers and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
- Acting with honesty and integrity, demonstrating a high level of character.
- Maintaining pilot proficiency and staying current within the industry by attending annual simulator training and completing annual ground training programs.
- Effectively communicating through written reports and correspondence, as well as speaking confidently to internal and external groups.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate (ATP) - Multi-Engine
- 4,500 hours total time
- 1,500 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC)
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine time
- Recent worldwide international experience (Europe, South America, Asia)
- Challenger 350 Type Rating
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- First-class medical certificate (current and maintainable)
- Excellent safety record, with no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Ability to pass background checks, including those in accordance with TSA/HS regulations, and provide a copy of their FAA Airman Certification Record
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Valid state driver's license
