Captain/Senior Captain - Aviation
Jack Link's Protein Snacks, a global leader in the protein snacking industry, is expanding its aviation department and seeking a qualified Captain or Senior Captain to join its team. This individual will be a solutions-oriented team member who takes pride in representing the Jack Link's brand and excels at providing options to deliver safe, superior transportation services. He or she will "act like an owner" throughout the entire flight process, from preflight planning and pilotage to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring aircraft security, all within a collaborative environment. The position is based at either Hayward, Wisconsin or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures, FARs, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing options and solutions as flight times and business needs evolve.
- Embrace the core value of "Speed Matters."
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft for passengers.
- Proactively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and assisting in the mitigation of safety-related issues. Provide timely input on safety topics and apply appropriate checklists for sound decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with passengers and collaborate effectively within the aviation team.
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty.
- Exhibit self-discipline and drive to exceed short- and long-term expectations.
- Maintain pilot proficiency and stay current within the aviation industry, including annual simulator and ground training.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with internal and external groups.
Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate – Multi Engine.
- Excellent safety record with no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents.
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with TSA/HS regulations and release an FAA Airman Certification Record.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Exceptional reliability and timeliness.
- Willingness to relocate within 1.5 hours of Hayward, Wisconsin or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Must have and be able to retain a first-class medical certificate
Captain:
- 2000 hours Total Time
- 1000 hours Pilot-In-Command
- 1000 hours Multi Engine Time
- Turbine experience
Senior Captain (In addition to above requirements):
- 3500 hours Total Time
- 1500 hours Pilot-In-Command
- 1500 hours Multi Engine Time
- Recent international experience (e.g., Europe, South America, Asia).
Preferred:
- Challenger 350 Type Rating with 3500 differences.
