The Opportunity
Due to the imminent addition of a new Bombardier Challenger 3500 aircraft to the fleet, the client is actively recruiting a Captain who meets the specified stringent requirements. This pivotal role offers the chance to operate a modern, high-performance business jet within a professional and safety-centric environment. Key Responsibilities
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 3500 aircraft, ensuring adherence to all national and international aviation regulations. This includes pre-flight planning, in-flight management, post-flight duties, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, passenger comfort, and operational efficiency. The Captain will also exercise strong leadership, ensuring effective crew resource management and fostering a professional and collaborative cockpit environment.

Candidate Profile & Role Requirements
Prospective Captains must fulfill the following essential requirements:
- Possess the legal right to live and work in Argentina.
- Reside within 60-90 minutes of the designated operational base in Argentina.
- Be available to commence training by 25th August 2025.
- Hold a First Class Commercial Pilot License (PC1) with demonstrated experience in jet aircraft or higher-level certifications.
- Possession of previous experience in turbine or jet aircraft is highly desirable.
- Recent flight activity is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrate an English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher.
- Hold a valid US Visa.
- A service-oriented mindset is a significant asset.
