Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensures that all crewing and trip assignments strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of operational compliance.
- Expertly completes comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments for each assigned flight, ensuring optimal safety and efficiency.
- Leverages the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead essential pre-flight briefings, proactively mitigating potential operational risks and ensuring crew readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this distinguished position, candidates must possess the following minimum flight hour requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 500 hours
- Instrument Flight Time: 300 hours
